Deux Terres, French for two lands. The finest grapes are chosen from two very special vineyards on our estate, one on the benchland soil near our winery, the other on hte red volcanic soil at the upper edge of the mountain.
Deux Terres is great with chocolate. It also pairs well with entrees such as braised short ribs or king trumpet mushrooms and would be complemented by strong cheeses such as Stilton or aged cheddar.
This 2016 Deux Terres is created from a selection of the very finest lots made from our mountain-top and benchland vineyards.
