Tasting Notes
With aromas of Apricot, pineapple, floral and note of mineral, this Chardonnay has bright acidity with fresh apricot and lightly tropical flavors, a creamy palate, and long fruit finish
Vineyard Notes
Our Mountain Ranch vineyard is at the very top of Bradford Mountain. This vineyard’s volcanic red soils combine with the mountain-top micro-climate to yield especially elegant wines with richly structured fruit flavors. The Dijon 76 clone of Chardonnay grown here brings a full complement of tropical, floral and mineral notes to the wine.
Food Pairing Notes
Pairs with grilled salmon, mushroom pasta dishes and roast chicken.
