Fermentation
The grapes were crushed into small fermenters. After cold-soaking for three days to extract rich color, the must fermented on the skins for three weeks to obtain a richly extracted wine.

This Gold Collection “Notre Cadeau Pour Vous” is a blend of our best vineyard blocks of our Bordeaux varietals. Nine best barrels were selected for an optimum blend of concentrated dark fruit flavor, integrated well-structured tannins, and lush mouthfeel.
