This Rosé has a stunning pale strawberry color, bright acidity with aromas and flavors of fresh wild strawberries and cherries.
The Merlot grapes used to make this wine were harvested from the coolest part of our vineyard near Wine Creek.
The grapes were crushed and allowed to sit on skins for 6 hours to extract just the brightest fruit flavors, then gently pressed. The juice was racked into neutral French oak barrels and fermented at a very cool temperature to retain fresh fruit flavors.

Rosé is very versatile; it goes well with Mediterranean dishes, grilled veggies and proteins, as well as a wide variety of desserts. Some of our favorite pairings include watermelon feta salad, seared salmon with black olive-sun dried tomato relish, and pasta with fresh puttanesca sauce.
