Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
A color of golden straw, this Viognier is filled with aromas of fresh wildflower and peach and has a full, rich finish.
Vineyard Notes
The vigor-limiting rootstock and limited irrigation on our small hillside block of Viognier yield intense fruit flavors from smaller berries. These grapes were harvested when they were very ripe to create a very full and richly textured wine.
Food Pairing Notes
This Viognier is a wonderful complement to lobster, Thai mango salad and halibut with pineapple salsa.
