Cabernet Franc 2013

Cabernet Franc 2013

Michel-Schlumberger's carefully tended vineyards on the western slopes of the Dry Creek Valley have a unique combination of vines, soils, and microclimates. For our Cabernet Franc wine, these elements come to an especially delicious focus, developing layers of rich dark fruit flavor and an elegant, balanced structure.

About this wine

Higher acid levels and medium in body, this wine is very versatile in food-pairing. The herbal undertones create an amazing pairing with dishes such as pasta with a zesty tomato and basil sauce or garlic-rosemary pork tenderloin.
