This limited production Cabernet Sauvignon was crafted by Winemaker Bryan Davison AKA "The 007 of Winemaking." Bryan's uncanny ability to create some of the most exquisite wines and Storey's reputation for excellence makes for a remarkable and talented partnership.
This Napa Cabernet Sauvignon has lush aromas of blackberry and dark cherry, richly structured layers of opulent flavor, and a long pleasurable finish. One taste of this savory wine and you will be swept away by its velvety sophistication and elegant depth.
This wine is made from grapes grown on selected hillside vineyards in Napa Valley. Thin hillside soils and perfect Napa Cab ripening climate create depth and concentration in this wine.
Fermentation: The grapes were crushed into small fermenters. After cold-soaking to extract deep color, the must fermented on the skins for two weeks to fully develop rich structure.
Cooperage / Aging: This special reserve wine was aged for 34 months in French oak barrels.
