Malbec 2014 Estate Dry Creek Valley
Made from grapes grown on a small hillside block at the edge of Michel-Schlumberger's estate vineyard, this limited production Malbec displays a rich concentration of distinctive flavors.
About this wine
This bold, yet soft tannined wine pairs well with barbecue ribs, eggplant parmesan, and braised lamb shank with spring vegetables.
The richly extracted dark plum and peppercorn flavors of this Malbec complemented by the rich pork belly skewer drizzed with mole pasilla was a crowd favorite pairing at Passport to Dry Creek Valley 2018.
