This wine comes from three tiny parcels of Semillon planted alond Wine Creek in our small pocket canyon overlooking Dry Creek Valley. Delightful nuances of peach, apricot and honey greet the palate and fill out the rich finish.

The vigor-limiting rootstock on our tiny benchland block of Semillon produces berries with rich peach flavors. A small amount of our estate Chardonnay and Viognier is added to complement the Semillon flavors with floral and apricot notes.
Harvest: September 6th, 2013
Fermentation: The grapes were picked in the cool morning and immediately pressed. After settling, the clear juice was racked into barrels and fermented at a cool temperature to retain fresh fruit flavors.
Cooperage / Aging: The wine was aged for 7 months in neutral French oak barrels.
