This Zinfandel grapes are grown in the red soil of a hillside vineyard in the Dry Creek Valley appellation of Sonoma County
Fermentation: The grapes were crushed into small open top fermenters, “cold-soaked” to extract rich color, then fermented on the skins for two weeks to fully capture the flavors from the grape.
Cooperage / Aging: This “Reserve” wine was aged for over 36 months in barrel.
